Embark on an intensive journey into the world of sports science with our one-year BSc Sports Science (Coaching & Performance Analysis) Top-up program.

As you progress through the program, you will engage in advanced coursework and assessments that builds upon your foundational knowledge, enhancing your understanding of key sports science principles and techniques. The program is heavily focused on practical application, providing numerous opportunities to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios in sports.

The overriding aim of the programme is to develop work related skills and knowledge of individual order to operate effectively, economically, and currently within the sport and active leisure industry in a number of roles. The course aims to further up-skill learners to be able to be innovative and drive quality and change for personal aspirations and employer organisations with revised and additional approaches to work experience placements.

SPORTS COACH 

Salary: £15,000-£45,000+

Plans, organizes, and leads training sessions to develop athletes’ skills, improve their performance, and prepare them for competitions. They provide guidance, motivation, and feedback, while promoting teamwork, discipline, and a positive sporting mindset

PHYSIOTHERAPIST 

Salary: £20,000-£60,000+

Helps individuals, couples, or groups address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. They provide a safe, supportive environment to explore feelings, develop coping strategies, and promote mental well-being through talk therapy and evidence-based techniques

PERSONAL TRAINER 

Salary: £13,000-£40,000+

Designs and guides customized fitness programs to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. They provide motivation, instruction, and support, while monitoring progress, ensuring proper technique, and promoting overall wellness
