The HNC in Construction Management for England is ideal for anyone looking to begin a career in the construction industry, or earn qualifications to support their experience in the industry. You will study with us full time for two days a week or part time for one day a week at the University and Professional Development Centre. Alongside your studies you will have the chance to gain valuable work experience during the rest of the week, helping you apply your learning in real projects and build a clear pathway into employment.

What you’ll study
Across this one-year programme (or two-years if studying part-time) you will build a strong understanding of the technical, legal and managerial skills needed to work in the construction industry. You will explore how projects are designed, planned and delivered, and develop the practical knowledge required to support construction activities on site and in the office. Modules include:
